Laziness

is definitely a sickness.  So what have I been doing with my time since I've finished.

Well I went to surprise my grandparents in Cleveland.  After that I went to ALPS where I learned Spanish.  ALPS was intense.  All day for 10 days you are supposed to speak nothing but Spanish (or whatever language you are learning).  I think ALPS is great if you know some of a language and want to solidfy your understanding, but it's very oratory and I need to see as well as hear what is going on.  I also need some sort of motivation to memorize verbs, vocab and grammar.  Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

A few people have asked what I'm doing.  Although I've said it in earlier post some people may have just found me.  I am going to work for a management consulting firm.  Because of the confidentiality of consulting that's pretty much all I will be saying about work.  I have read too many articles on people who write about their office.  Come on people, blogs are not hidden.  Whatever opinions or thoughts you have about your work, if you wouldn't say them to boss, then don't write them on the blog.  For example, that guy who wrote the blog about Microsoft.  Do you think for a minute that Microsoft didn't hack in and find out he was?  I mean he wasn't fired or anything (although) he did quit.

So I said laziness is a sickness because since I've returned from ALPS and until I leave for Paris next week, I've pretty much done nothing.  I could have been writing blogs everyday, but for the first week, I've been trying to catch up on sleep, see a couple of movies and I went to a friend's wedding.  It's hard to do nothing because I still feel in that mode where I need to go go go.  I can't wait to go to Paris b/c I think I will finally feel rested and like I am not living out of a suitcase.

I have been half-a$$ed apartment hunting but since I am not moving until after I return from Paris on the 14th, I haven't really put my heart into it.  Well, I'm tired per my earlier email, so I will sign off now.
